Information on membership
In 2011 Smashing Pink currently has two active playing-memberships:
- Full-time membership allows all adult members the possibility to play seven days a week from April until September from park opening until close.
- Youth membership is for available to adults who on 1st April are aged between 18 and 24 years old. The playing rights are the same for Full-time membership, see above.
In order to qualify for a youth membership you are asked to send a copy of your passport, driving license or identity card to the address found in the membership enrolment form, see link below.
For all new members, it is only possible to pay your membership fee by direct debit.
Additionally, Smashing Pink has two older types of membership where it is no longer possible to apply:
- Part-time membership allows you to play from 18:00 Thursday evening and from 13:00 Saturday afternoon in the summer. This membership is only available for those who have been a part-time member since 2007.
- Student membership is to full-time students in higher education who are in possession of a student identity card. Student members have the same playing rights as full-time members, see above.
In order to qualify for a Student membership you are asked to send a copy of your student identity card for each year that you are a member. The address to send your copy can be found in the membership enrolment form, see link below.
All Smashing Pink courts are available to every playing-member regardless of membership type (see above for restrictions). A court schedule can be found in the club’s yearbook and on the board where members hang their passes.
Non-playing membership
In order to stay up-to-date with the latest developments when you’re (currently) unable to play tennis with Smashing Pink, it’s possible to enrol in a non-playing membership. You will receive the club’s yearbook, your own separate login to our website and regular news-mails with the latest information. Cost: €25
You can enrol as a new member of Smashing Pink by completing the online form.

Underneath you will find our schedule. New members pay a one-off joining fee of €15 in addition to their membership fee but receive a €2,50 reduction in their contribution because they have agreed to pay by direct debit:
Full-time membership (new members only) €200 + €15 = €215

Fees for existing members in 2012
Full-time members €200
Youth members €100
Part-time members € 90
Student members €100
For those members who currently do not pay by direct debit, there is an extra charge of €15.
